A Study on Employment Intention and Death Anxiety of Undergraduate Nursing Students after Internship

This study seeks to investigate the employment intention and death anxiety of undergraduate nursing students post-internships, create a foundation for enhancing their job diminishing staff turnover. The method applied in this paper is convenience sampling method, investigated status interns tertiary hospital through questionnaire survey. research results demonstrate that 158 233 are eager take part clinical nursing, making up 67.8%, while 32.2% unwilling. total score among after internship 38.14 ± 11.907. Among them, personal conditions, social security, occupational other factors have certain impact on demand students. shows continue work needs be improved, family residence important affect intention. Educators management should vigilantly observe students, bolster professional literacy coping aptitude, physical mental well-being, foster growth careers.
